This was written by Morgan on X following City’s 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.
With one round of matches remaining, the champions took a two-point lead over Arsenal thanks to two goals scored by Erling Haaland.
As the season comes to a close, City will host West Ham, while Arsenal will host Everton.
“West Ham will beat City on Sunday… as a thank you to Declan [Rice],” Morgan tweeted.
Last summer, Arsenal paid £105 million to sign Rice away from the Hammers.
