Iheanacho interest confirmed by Toffees, according to former Everton chief

Keith Wyness, the former CEO of Everton, has acknowledged the interest of his old club in Kelechi Iheanacho.

This summer, Iheanacho will be able to leave Leicester City for free.

The international player’s deal with the Foxes is set to lapse at the conclusion of June.

Several teams, both in and out of England, have been connected to the 27-year-old.

After playing for Leicester City in the Sky Bet Championship for a season, Wyness thought Iheanacho could still do well in the Premier League.

Premier League clubs would be well to keep an eye on him because I believe he is capable of significant contributions.

According to his interview with Football Insider, he claims that Everton has shown interest in the player and that he may secure a transfer in the Premier League.

However, Leicester will seek consistency to the greatest extent feasible. Nothing will be done, though, if you are unable to come to an agreement.
